Salento cooking, simple and generous
Salento cooks with oil from its olive groves, garden vegetables, pulses, fish from two seas and Apulian dairy. The chef proposes traditional dishes or a more contemporary menu, always with seasonal produce.

For a holiday between Lecce, Otranto and Gallipoli the chef can come for several meals: breakfast, lunch after the beach, dinner in the garden. Choose the holiday service in the request and add dates, guests and meals.
The indicative holiday bands are €32-48, €48-72 and €72-88 per person per meal, with ingredients charged separately. Drinks are excluded; for Negroamaro, Primitivo and Salento rosé there is a separate sommelier service.
When to book
July and August are the busiest months, and Ferragosto is a special date with doubled bands. The minimum is 6 days ahead; for summer and groups, 2-3 weeks ahead is better. Coverage is checked for each request.
