How it works

- We get to know each other Tell us about the property: how many rooms, what kitchen you have, what kind of guests you host. Together we decide how to offer the chef.
- We prepare the materials You receive a card with a QR code and a link dedicated to your property, for the house, your welcome message or your website.
- Guests book The guest describes the occasion in five minutes, receives chef proposals by email, chooses and pays online.
- The chef cooks, you get the compliments The chef arrives with the shopping, cooks, serves and leaves the kitchen clean. Afterwards the guest can leave a review.

What does it cost the property?
The proposal is free with no commitment. We agree the partnership terms together based on the property and the number of guests: write to us and let’s talk.
Who pays the chef?
The guest, online and in advance, when they accept the proposal. The property pays nothing upfront and handles no payments.
Do we need a professional kitchen?
No. Our chefs work in home kitchens: a hob, an oven and some prep space are enough. In the request the guest describes the equipment and the chef plans the menu around it.
Who does the shopping?
The chef, with local produce. For single occasions the shopping is included in the price per person; for stays it is agreed separately with the guest.
What if the chef is not available?
Our team offers a replacement chef or refunds the guest in full: the property is never involved.
Which areas do you cover?
All of Italy, with a network that grows area by area. If we don’t have chefs in your area yet, we say so straight away and work to cover it.
