The aperitivo is the most relaxed format: finger food, sharing boards, raw seafood, fried bites and small plates prepared and served at home, on the terrace or by the pool.
It is perfect for birthday parties, house-warmings, company drinks and evenings with friends. You do not need a full kitchen: when you book you tell us whether you have one and the chef adapts the proposal.

Prices
When you book, you choose an indicative price range per person: from €40-60 (Gustosa) to €90-110 (Esclusiva) for groups of 5 or more; for up to 4 people the ranges start at €80-120, because the chef dedicates the evening to a small table. On special dates (Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Valentine’s Day, Ferragosto on 15 August) the ranges double. The final price is the one in the proposal you accept, and it covers shopping, cooking, service and cleaning up.

Does the chef bring drinks too?
Proposals cover the food. For wine you can request the sommelier service; for cocktails, mention it in the additional information.
How many people for an aperitivo?
Up to 10 people, chefs receive the request directly; larger groups are handled by the MyPrivateChef team.
Do I need a kitchen?
Not necessarily: many aperitivo menus need very little equipment. Tell us what you have when you book.
