Plant-based food that never feels like a compromise

Italian cooking is full of dishes that never needed meat: fresh pasta, pulses, garden vegetables and good olive oil. A private chef starts from there and puts together a complete meal, from starter to dessert, with the same care as any other menu.

You can ask for a fully vegan menu or a vegetarian one with eggs and cheese. If your guests eat differently, the chef can suggest a plant-based menu for everyone or separate dishes for those who want them.

Dishes you might see in the proposals

Every chef writes their own menu depending on the season and the market. To give you an idea:

  • Aubergine parmigiana, or a vegan version of it
  • Asparagus or pumpkin risotto
  • Fresh pasta with pesto, cherry tomatoes and grilled vegetables
  • Bean and grain soups such as pasta e ceci
  • Vegetable and pulse fritters with homemade sauces
  • Vegan desserts with fruit, dark chocolate and plant-based creams

How the request works

Fill in the request in 5 minutes and say in the notes that the menu should be vegan or vegetarian, along with any allergies or ingredients to avoid. Chefs send you their menu proposals by email and you only pay online once you have chosen one.

Shopping, cooking, table service and cleaning up the kitchen are included. For groups of 5 or more the bands run from €40-60 to €90-110 per person; for up to 4 people from €80-120 per person. Drinks are not included.

Frequently asked questions

Can I ask for a vegan menu for just some of the guests?

Yes. Add it to the notes with the number of guests concerned: the chef can suggest dedicated dishes or a plant-based menu for the whole table.

Does a vegan menu cost more?

Not necessarily. The bands are the same as for other menus and the final price is the one written in the proposal you choose.

Does the chef cook with seasonal produce?

The chef does the shopping for your dinner and builds the menu around what is in season, which is the heart of good vegetable cooking.

Can I mention allergies or intolerances too?

Yes. Allergies, intolerances and ingredients to avoid should always go in the request, so the chef can take them into account in the proposal.

How far ahead should I book?

At least 6 days before. For special dates, events and groups it is better to ask 2-3 weeks ahead.
