Gallura cooking brings together fish from the Sardinian sea and dishes from the interior: handmade pasta, sheep’s cheese, carasau flatbread, honey. The chef proposes authentic Sardinian cooking or a lighter seafood menu, built around your tastes.

A chef for your whole villa holiday
Villas on the Costa Smeralda are often far from the towns: a chef for several meals saves evening trips and leaves more time for the beach. You can book breakfast, lunch and dinner, even just for a few days.
The indicative holiday bands are €32-48, €48-72 and €72-88 per person per meal, with ingredients charged separately. Drinks are excluded: the separate sommelier service can suggest Vermentino di Gallura and other Sardinian wines.
July and August: book early
The season is concentrated between June and September, peaking in August. The minimum is 6 days ahead; for summer, groups and Ferragosto (special date, doubled bands), 2-3 weeks ahead is better. Coverage is checked for each request.
