Simple food that needs a skilled hand

Bread soups, hand-rolled pasta, slow-cooked meat: Tuscan dishes look simple, but they only work with the right ingredients and proper timing. The chef shops, cooks and serves at the table, then leaves the kitchen clean.

You can ask for a full Tuscan menu or just a few classics within a broader one. Add it to the notes in your request and chefs reply with their proposals.

Classic dishes you can ask for

A few staples of the Tuscan table:

• Crostini toscani, fettunta and cured meats with pecorino
• Ribollita, pappa al pomodoro or panzanella in summer
• Pici with aglione garlic sauce or ragù
• Pappardelle with wild boar ragù
• Bistecca alla fiorentina with fagioli all’uccelletto
• Cantucci for dipping and castagnaccio

Where and how much

The chef can cook Tuscan food anywhere in Italy, not only in Tuscany: coverage is checked for each request. For groups of 5 or more the bands run from €40-60 to €90-110 per person; for up to 4 people from €80-120 per person.

Drinks are not included: to pair the menu with wine there is a separate sommelier service. For more than 10 people, events and cooking classes, the team handles things directly.
