Lake Garda cooking at your table
The lake has a cuisine of its own: freshwater fish, extra virgin olive oil and citrus grown for centuries in the lemon houses of the western shore. The chef builds the menu around what is in season and what you like, from a lake fish dinner to a meat menu to go with the wines of the surrounding hills.
Proposals often include dishes like these, but the menu is yours: the chef adapts it to the allergies, diets and children you mention in the request.

A chef for your whole stay
If you are staying in a villa for several days, you can book the chef for more than one meal: breakfast, lunch, dinner or any combination, even just a few evenings in the week. Choose the holiday service in the request, add dates, guests and meals, and chefs send you their menu proposals by email.
For holidays the indicative bands are €32-48 (Gustosa), €48-72 (Tentazione) and €72-88 (Esclusiva) per person per meal, with ingredients charged separately. Cooking, table service and cleaning up the kitchen are included; drinks are not, but there is a separate sommelier service to pair Lugana, Bardolino or Chiaretto.
When to book on the lake
The minimum is 6 days ahead. From June to September, on spring bank holidays and around Ferragosto (15 August) it is worth booking 2-3 weeks in advance, especially for large groups or several days of service. Ferragosto is a special date with doubled bands.

Frequently asked questions
Does the chef cover every shore of the lake?
We work all around the lake, on the Brescia, Verona and Trentino shores, but coverage is checked for each request. Send the request with your town: if chefs are available, you receive proposals by email.
Can we have a menu of lake fish only?
Yes, just say so in the request. The chef proposes a menu based on the lake fish available on those days; if something cannot be found, the proposal tells you.
We don’t speak Italian: will the chef speak English?
You can state your preferred language in the additional information of the request. Chefs take it into account when they reply, but the language cannot be guaranteed in advance.
Is wine included?
No, drinks are excluded. You can buy them yourself or ask for the sommelier service, which suggests pairings with local wines.
Can I cancel if our plans change?
Yes, up to 48 hours before the service, with a refund.
