Capri cooking, made at home
The island has dishes known all over the world, and they taste different when they are cooked right there: the caprese salad of tomato and mozzarella, ravioli filled with caciotta cheese and marjoram, the almond and chocolate cake. The chef alternates them with fish from the gulf and garden vegetables, depending on the season and your tastes.

An island with its own logistics
On Capri many houses can only be reached on foot and the shopping has to be planned ahead, so it helps to say in the request where the villa is, what the kitchen is like and whether there are steps or lanes to walk. The chef takes it into account in the proposal.
If you are on the island for several days you can book the chef for several meals, from breakfast to dinner. For holidays the indicative bands are €32-48, €48-72 and €72-88 per person per meal, with ingredients charged separately; table service and cleaning up the kitchen are included, drinks are not.
When to book in Capri
The season runs from April to October and peaks between June and September. The minimum is 6 days ahead, but for summer, Ferragosto (special date, doubled bands) and groups it is better to book 2-3 weeks in advance. Coverage on the island is checked for each request.
