Mountain cooking in your chalet
In the Dolomites Ladin, Tyrolean and Venetian cooking meet: warm, hearty dishes, mountain hut cheeses, smoked cured meats, berries in summer and mushrooms in autumn. The chef proposes a traditional menu or something more refined, always adapted to the tastes and diets of the group.

Ski week or summer holiday
The chef can come for several meals of your holiday: a big breakfast before skiing, dinner when you get back, or just a few evenings. Choose the holiday service in the request and add dates, guests and meals.
The indicative holiday bands are €32-48, €48-72 and €72-88 per person per meal, with ingredients charged separately. Cooking, service and cleaning up are included, drinks are not.
Christmas, New Year and high season
Winter peaks between Christmas and Epiphany, summer in July and August. Christmas Day, Boxing Day (Santo Stefano), New Year’s Eve, Epiphany and Ferragosto are special dates with doubled bands. The minimum is 6 days ahead, but for these dates and for groups it is best to book 2-3 weeks in advance.

How much does a chef cost on New Year’s Eve?
New Year’s Eve is a special date: the indicative bands are doubled. The final price is the one in the chef’s proposal.
Are there chefs in Cortina, Val Gardena and Alta Badia?
